In the past 3-4 weeks, I've managed to go from about zero exercise to walking or biking everywhere around the city. Yesterday, all that activity finally caught up with me in the form of my legs turning just a little bit to jelly.
Suddenly I was really struggling to bike up hills that just a few days before I'd managed without a sweat. The feeling persisted today, so when I finally got home from work (and standing on my feed for more or less 4 hours), I just got in bed and dozed for four straight hours.
I think I need another night or two of that to fully recover, but otherwise I'm pretty happy with my progress towards being a Cycle Snob. ^_^
