A Little Bit of Home

I try to not have too much stuff, and I must admit that on the journey to Perth, I was seriously irked at all the stuff I had to carry (a big backpack, plus purse, and a checked 49 lb suitcase). Lugging all that across the endless expanse of LAX made me fantasize about not carrying anything ever again, no seriously why is everything so heavy and annoying.

But in the end, I'm very very very very very very glad I brought a little bit of home with me.

The Australia DVD makes it easier to get into the box beneath without moving all the little pieces of my altar.

This sits on a shelf just at my eye level where it makes me smile every day. <3
